Top Down Tabletop — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Forge Entertainment, LLC (“Pixel Forge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Top Down Tabletop desktop application and mobile/web companion (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

The Service is a coordination and tracking companion. When you use webcam features of the desktop application, video is processed locally on your device for gameplay assistance and is not transmitted to or stored by our servers as part of the Service; peer-to-peer video, where used, is exchanged directly between players. We do not create or store biometric identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage your account; authenticate you; provide leaderboards, statistics, matchmaking, and other features; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; respond to support requests; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: (a) with service providers who host, support, or help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and (d) with your direction or consent. Certain profile information (such as display name, avatar, rankings, and public statistics) is visible to other users as an inherent part of the Service’s social and competitive features.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and residents of other states may have similar rights under their applicable laws. To exercise any right, contact us at info@pixelforgearcade.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at info@pixelforgearcade.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the version number and effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
